I see so many pins and ads for free samples and fun stuff for pregnancy and newborns. Has anyone actually done any and had success or are you basically signing up for loads of spam. I got my goodie bags for registering jist wondering if anything else is worth while. I'm having twins do I need all the swag I can get!
