Crossfit question-core
Hi ladies,
I am 19 weeks and my OB said no core workouts once I reach 20 weeks.
For those of you who crossfit-what would you consider “core”? There are obvious ones like sit-ups and tuck ups-but what about handstands, bar work, running, etc?
I can ask my doc at my next visit, but I know we have some awesome crossfitters on here!
