Might be pregnant

I need a few answers . i havent had my period in 23days n ive been feeling more sleepy n tired n theres times i feel nauseous . my stomach hurts if i try to suck it in . i have took 2 pregnancy test n they both come out negative . i took 1 right after i missed my period n the other on 2 weeks later . its been another 2 weeks n im thinkong about taking another one . yes i would love to have a baby but me n my ex arent together anymore its been a month since we havent been together . i dont know what to do ....
