Don’t know what to do

My OB said that if I have more than 10 contractions 6 minutes apart for an hour, that I should go on to L&D and he’ll admit me and start pitocin. I’m already 3cm dilated and 75% effaced but this is my second pregnancy so I’ve been through it before. My NST showed slightly irregular contractions so that’s why he said it. I feel like I’ve already had almost 10 in just an hour but I feel like they should hurt more but I’ve had a ton of rectal pressure. Plus everything I eat just goes right through me. I had my bloody show last night otherwise he wouldn’t have said anything.
