Girls please help !

I’ve been in a relationship with my Boyfriend for 4 years. About a year ago i started getting reoccurring yeast infections and they’re happening more often now . My boyfriend and I have regular sex and it’s usually normal to rough. Im starting to feel awkward with my Doctor because she always sees me for the same thing . I am a hygiene freak so I doubt it’s my hygiene and I would to think that my Bf has never cheated on me. I really don’t know what to do anymore I’m so frustrated .
