Lots of blood and clots ****TMI PIC****

I’ve been on birth control for about 6 months now. My period is usually normal. Last month, my period never came. I had negative pregnancy tests so that was out of the question. This month, I got my period but it was just brown for the whole week, and it looked like it was ending but then I started bleeding and I’ve had a lot of blood clots every time I went and peed. The first day before I started bleeding like this, I was at a party and I felt nauseous and I almost passed out. Once I got home, I started noticing a little blood instead of brown. I also had sex (almost got a blood clot on my boyfriend 😂 he was just like “omg” the whole time, but that’s beside the point!) Anyways, is this normal? I know you aren’t doctors but I don’t feel like this is serious enough to go to the doctor because I’ve seen worse. If you have any input, please let me know! Thanks
