Literally my vagina is cut SOS

So my boyfriend and I were taking part in some foreplay and he was fingering me for longer than normal, and i felt some pain but nothing that alarmed me I figured it was just friction lol. Afterwards we had sex and it felt absolutely fine. But this morning i went to the bathroom and it stung so badly but not bc of a UTI, i have an actual CUT just outside my vagina but i believe it extends inside too😣😣 it stings but appears to be just like one layer of skin that has been cut and doesn’t seem like it has bled nor did i have any spotting or such. However, i am afraid it may become infected but I don’t wanna see the gyno sooner than my next appointment, 3 weeks. Advice? Knowledge? Pain Relief? Help a girl out lol.
