Can anyone help? Blighted Ovum miscarriage

I just passed an empty egg, but something else came out after, I want to know if that’s normal? Has anyone gone through this? Please I’m a little worried

I had blighted ovum which ended up in miscarriage.. I was supposed to go and get a d and c.. but at night I started cramping really bad to the point I almost call 911 .. i called my dr and he said just to let it happen naturally I took pain meds that I had from a surgery.. took a shower and then I felt something come out.. it was a huge clog I screamed i have never seen anything that big come out of me.. I immediately trew in the trash.. looking back I thank God It was and empty sac and I didn’t see a fetus.. my miscarriage happened at 10 weeks..
