Husband says the meanest things without even realizing.

Tonight my husband and I were laughing about how different men react in the delivery room and I told him just stay above the curtain you will be fine. He then proceeded to say to me I used to think of your vagina as my play object now it will literally never be the same I’ll have a morbid image of blood and a baby coming out of it , that’s never going to be a turn on again. I didn’t say much of anything because I was in shock because this is clearly how he feels but now that I’ve thought about it I just feel like how can you say that when I am carrying your child, and doing all this for us. I’m honestly incredibly hurt.
