Light Brown discharge - A tad TMI

Hi all! I have seen so many posts about this but the first time pregnant anxiety in me is desperate for some clarity! I am 5 weeks + 3 days today! On 01 Jan 19 I had stitch like pain on my right side. I had similar pain before I got pregnant, but now pregnant all rationality goes out of the window and everything is a cause for alarm! I saw the Dr and he said all my vitals are fine and he did a tummy check

and said there doesn't appear to be anything wrong and the pain is likely to be muscular. The stitch like pain has now gone, and as usual I only generally get occasional mild cramp twinges. However, upon wiping yesterday evening I saw very light brown discharge and again this morning, it doesn't show on a panty liner, only when wiping. Wondered if anyone has experienced discharge like this and if it is a cause for concern...Thank you in advance for any comments!
