Nipples feel sore and sharp pains.

AF due Sunday and last couple days have had very mild sensitivity in boobs wouldn’t even really count it but today nipples feel sore and sharp pain. Also have been a little mildly crampy the last couple days. How did boobs and cramps feel before BFP?
