Could this be eczema??

I’ve been seeing this on my baby for like 2 weeks now it’s on the cheeks and arms ... I’m not sure what could it be her skin is a bit dry and on the legs she has like small skin color acne they’re not so bad but I’m worried help!!!

This stuff is gold!! Aquafor works and is cheep. But this stuff is insane! Fragrance free and clears it up in a day or two!! All the aveeno Eczema products are awesome! Their milk bath is great too!

My son has round patches like that in his head and elbows. I’m pretty certain it’s eczema because it’s exactly what mine looks like.

I just started noticing the same spots on my son this past 1-2 weeks. He now has little patches on both arms, legs and on his back. ☹️ It came seemingly out of nowhere.. I really hope this is only temporary!!!

My oldest had awful eczema when she has a baby and it looked just like that. The worse spots were usually on her arms and legs. She still has it now at 8.
