Missed miscarriage? #2

I'm concerned I maybe having my second miscarriage.. I have an appointment on Thursday.. My first miscarriage was a missed miscarriage --there were no signs but the ultrasound w/ no heart beat. I'm paranoid as ever.. I haven't had any of my usual symptoms today other  Han minor nausea.. So I booked as soon as I could. What are anyone's thoughts.. Advice Anything honestly.

I had a missed miscarriage, sac measured 8 weeks at 12 weeks ultrasound, I still had horrible nausea the entire time and lost at least 2lbs a week. I didn't have even half of that with a previous healthy pregnancy.. Morning sickness/ or lack of it could mean absolutely nothing.

I am exactly the same way. I had what the doctor said was a silent miscarriage which I assume is the same thing as a missed miscarriage. I had an ultrasound done at around 8 weeks and there wasn't a big enough fetal pole for where I should have been at since I know that I had tested at least 7 weeks before that ultrasound and of course no heartbeat. We waited another week to do another ultrasound (even though I knew I was having miscarriage) and still no difference my doctor said that I didn't miscarry by myself within 2 weeks that she would give me a pill to soften my cervix. Well I did finally miscarry (on my sons birthday for that matter) and everything was passed fine. I am now 13 weeks tomorrow and I'm soooooo freaking nervous for my appointment tomorrow. I am worried that she will try to find the heartbeat (which she found at the 7 1/2 week ultrasound and 8 1/2 week office appointment) and there won't be one there. I can barely sleep because I'm so anxious to find out if everything is okay or not and if it is I will finally be able to comfortably tell friends and family about it.

Been there. Missed miscarriage at 6-7 weeks last time. Had US at 6w, things looked good. Symptoms lessened at 8w ( morning sickness went away) so I called concerned, they did another US, baby was measuring 2 days ahead and HR of 172. Made me not worry as much, but yeah, I still worry as I feel at times I should feel more pregnant. You're not alone....

So sorry to hear this. I had a miscarriage last year as well no symptoms nothing. Same with the ultrasound that found it. I am now pregnant again at 17 weeks. Just be positive. I know how hard it it not to worry! But I don't think you will feel anything at 8 weeks. Best of luck! Happy pregnancy!
