How do I give my 7 month old prunes for his constipation?

My LO is pretty constipated and is inly passing little hard pebble like poos and seems to strain an awful lot for such a small   Poop - I couldn’t get prune juice but I have prunes in my cupboard - how can I give it to him? Blended with water ? And how much do I give him ?

We always kept a pack of Gerber puréed prunes in the pantry - he would get constipated often and a small package got him back on track within a day,    He also liked the taste (wasn’t bad - tried it myself because I didn’t know what they tasted like, lol).

I just buy Gerbers/Beach Nut prunes from the store. I actually give them to my daughter every day to keep things moving.

Take the prunes and boil them you can blend this and give it to him or you can strain it (fine strainer and mass the prunes) let it cool and put the prune water in a cuppy.
