When should I start feeling Braxton Hicks?

I am not sure what they are supposed to feel like, first pregnancy :)

It feels like a sudden tightness in your belly for a good maybe 30 seconds then it goes away

Not everyone gets them and sometimes there just not noticeable . I finally realized what was going on when I would finally lye down and relax in the evenings and my stomach would tighten. I had to figure out the difference between my bh and the baby rolling around lol

I’ve felt them since I was about 18 weeks. They’ve just gotten more intense the farther I’ve gotten in pregnancy. It’s just like an uncomfortable tightness in my lower abdomen
