Did you feel off?

Okay ladies , I’m currently 13 DPO, AF is due in 2 days. I did have sex 2 days before ovulation and the day of. I woke up to spotting on my panties, assuming I started my period put a panty liner, it’s been 6 hours since I’ve been awake and no more spotting . I feel off, I cramp but it’s not a severe cramping , no boob soreness like usual and I’m having the hardest time sleeping at night. I feel off like something is different . Did anybody know they were pregnant just by “ feeling pregnant “
