I ovulated 2 days ago and have been sort of crampy and today I wiped and sort of red-brown. Not sure what to think of it. Could my period be starting 2 weeks early? HELP

You cannot have implantation bleeding 2 days after you ovulate.
Implantation bleeding doesn’t happen until 6-12 days after ovulation.
That looks like ovulation spotting.
