9dpo are these possible symptoms

So we are on month 23 ttc and I have 2 children from a previous relationship, the youngest being 8. All bloods and scans are Fine and my partners semen analysis is great. Waiting on a laparoscopy.

Anyway this month I am currently 9dpo of an average 31 day cycle. For the past 2 days I've been getting stretchy achy pains very low down and sorry if tmi but a bit of a runny tummy also needing to see often.

I know I should know all the signs however I'm praying this is our month and I'm not just trying to convince myself of non existent symptoms.
