Very little pink blood when I wipe ?

Hey girls so something different is happening. I don’t get sore breast when I’m close to my period . But yesterday I had sore boobs ans nipple and it’s gone . Today I’m getting cramps and it feels like period cramps but when I wipe I have very light pink blood no spotting either just when I wipe . My period is due on the 6th so eve says . And yes I’ve been having unprotected sex but we aren’t trying . Could this be implation bleeding ? Also my brothers puppy duffles got obsessed with me I’m not sure if this could mean anything as well 🤷🏻‍♀️ please help your girl out !
