I feel like no matter what I do I can't pump more milk. I'm seriously afraid that once it's all gone then I won't be able to get it back. I've tried the Mother's Milk Tea and I ordered some lactation cookies from Kaimade, but they haven't even been shipped yet because of the holidays. This makes me incredibly sad

I had that happen and drank a ton of water. Like over a gallon a day and it increased my supply a ton!

When are you pumping? How often are you pumping? Do you even have the right size flanges? Are you hydrated? How much milk is baby getting in a bottle? Do you feed on demand at home?

I’ve heard coconut water is great for milk production because it hydrates you and is full of great electrolytes and stuff. But the more you pump/breastfeed, the more your body will produce. I would continue to pump for a good amount of time even if you are not producing anything and breast feed as much as possible and in a few days it should increase!

Like others have said drink lots of water! I drink about 100 ounces a day. The days I don’t I definitely notice a difference in my supply.

Is that post feeding, or without feeding?  If post feeding, she might be in a growth spurt.  
Either way, hydrate, and eat oatmeal.   I also had good success with supplements from Legendairy Milk.
