embarrasing question-constipated
This is embarrassing so posting anon... i’m almost 13 wks and super constipated. Like i poop maybe once every 5-7 days and its like pebbles thats it- sorry tmi. And it takes a while. Super uncomfortable. Anyway, today I went and after bleed a tiny bit.. well 2 hrs later, just peed and then wiped back there and bleeding a little more? Its not a ton but it IS red blood and its sore. Should I be super worried or is this common? Please help 😢
