Possible pregnancy?

Sore boobs, lower belly cramps felt like my period was about to start early this morning but stopped only last about two mins now it’s like this lasting full lower heaviness feeling. Here’s what my cycle has been like still no period. Along with mood swings and constipation and back pain and today been having to run to the bathroom a lot due to random times of having diarrhea
