Everyone is pregnant

We have been trying to conceive for a little while now and it feels like everyone is getting pregnant, except me. I know it can take a while but it just feels bad not being able to see the positive tests, I know it’s kind of a pity party over here lol but I don’t really want to tell any of my friends how I am feeling because a few of them are pregnant, don’t wanna make it all about me so I thought I could vent up here. We are trying so hard and I am so ready to have a baby, hopefully it happens soon🙂 is there anything we could be trying to improve our chances?
