Is this normal?

I've missed af this month or maybe it's not on time idk thing is we've been ttc for almost 3 yrs now.. anywho I was laying down & all of a sudden I got a twinge on my right ovary it pinched a bit.. what could it be? Has anyone else gone through this?

Could be ovulation, implantation, period cramping, honestly a lot of things. If you're close to your period being due you can always wait it out or try a test in a couple days (you should get a pos within a week if its implantation).
