PH balance TMI WARNING

Alright so I know this is bad to do right off the bat, but I had raw sex with this guy for a while and I feel like it totally threw off my ph balance and smell down there... I don’t smell bad now it’s just that I don’t smell like myself anymore. It might also be because of birth control I was on a few months ago. Anyway does anyone know what is good to help regulate ph balance. And yes I know I am getting tested for STDs and stuff.
