How to lose weight safely?
So I know that I'm not FAT, but I'd like to lose a little weight. I currently weigh 150 and I'm 5'2. I know that I plan on walking a little every day or every other day and I'm going to try to drink water only. What types of food should I eat? Anything healthy to snack on when I get stressed with schoolwork?😜


P.S. I look smaller in pics, I actually have a bit of chunk to me.
