Jumpstart milk supply??

Question

Basically my baby is 3 weeks old. I gave up pumping 2 weeks ago (exclusively pumping while supplementing with formula) i thought my milk went dry already but trying out my pump today and drips of milk came out. How do i jumpstart my milk supply again before it goes away completely?

Pump every 2 hours, or 7-8 times a day. It will be hard, but it really helps. You can keep your pump parts in the fridge when you're done using them so you don't have to wash them after every time. Just wash them at the end of the day.
