Question ladies

I went to the clinic two almost 3 weeks ago they said the urine test was negative and the blood work was negative. But I was getting faint positives. So I was like ok not pregnant. So I went on w my life. But I have been getting dizzy spells and feeling so thirsty and peeing a lot. So I took a test got this:

So now im like wth. I’m going to wait a couple days and see. What do u guys think?
