Miscarriage

Hi I had a miscarriage December 24 at 8 weeks they gave me medicine the next day at my doctor appointment to get rid of what was left of the miscarriage so I follow up on January 2 for a ultrasound to make sure everything was back to normal and so happened everything was great the doctor said I could start right away to ttc but me and my husband started two days before my appointment ttc and a day after my appointment I got a positive test and I took another one yesterday and got a positive test so I’m lost can anyone help me and my breast started to feel tender the last todays
