Can I take a bath ?

Just found out I’m pregnant and im really in the mood for a bath like just lie down. Is it safe at this stage to have a bath 4wk 2days

Yes just don’t have the water boiling hot. Just warm

A 100 degree bath is okay and so soothing. I bought a rubber ducky bath thermometer from Amazon that helps me a lot and I'll need it for the baby anyway. It flashes red and beeps when the water is too hot

My OB has suggested warm baths because I’ve been so sick. Don’t make it scalding and you should be fine.

Most scientific studies say that increasing your body temp in first trimester increases chances of miscarriage.  Just take a lukewarm/cooler bath and you’ll be okay.
