How to get reflux baby to sleep??

Mommas of babies with reflux:
HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?
My girl has reflux so bad she cant sleep well at night because it always wakes her up.
I'm talking she goes in her crib for a max of 20 minutes. 
She is 3 months and I dont know what to do anymore I'm regularly running off less than 4 hours of broken up sleep and I can't function. 
We have tried so many things so open to any suggestions!

Is she on breastmilk or formula? My son had to have special formula with rice cereal added to keep food and bile down. He also needed be on meds it was so bad. Once we found the right meds and formula it was a night and day difference.
Whatever you do please do not take the advice people are bound to give you about having her sleep in a reclining type device such as a rock n play. There is no real evidence that being elevated helps and it can cause suffocation. 
Talk to your doctor about other ideas and tricks to try. Hang in there momma!! It will get better!

My daughter has it bad as well it gets easier. She took Zantac which didn’t help at all so they suggested a gi specialist so now we changed her formula to nutrimagen and add rice cereal and is on first lansoprazole (Prevacid) and is doing a lot better. She is 5 months now and about a week ago started her on solids which her gi specialist and pediatrician suggested said it also helps with reflux.

I don’t know how you feel about it but perhaps a medication like Zantac can help. Incline the crib with books or bricks lifting one side. Watch what they and you are eating if you’re breastfeeding. I had people swear that a chiropractor would help but I wasn’t comfortable taking him for that and did discuss it with his doctor but chose not to. The good news is most babies grow out of it once they are sitting up and crawling/walking. My son’s been off his meds since he was 7 months old. It can cause belly issues so be mindful of that if they are particularly fussy. We did a probiotic once a day for him as well. Hang in there!!!

I slept propped up in bed with him on my chest. I am a very light sleeper. It was the only thing that worked for us

We are currently trying Enfamil AR because of reflux. Do you have a rock and play? Sleeping at an incline seriously helps.
