Warm belly??

So I’m 11dpo and today I’ve been feeling so off. I’ve had a headache all day today. I’ve taken meds and drank plenty of fluids. I am having neck pain and my heart is racing for no reason. My belly is also super warm and my feet are so sweaty. I’ve been radiating a lot of body heat lately. But my belly just starting getting super warm just now. I wasn’t sure if anyone else experienced this? I haven’t taken a test because I want af to be missed first. Just curious.
