Weird pain near pelvic bone?

28 weeks today noticed a few days ago I have a feeling like someone drop kicked me in the pelvic bone. Feels so much worse when I stand or walk but still uncomfortable sitting down. Anyone else?

Yes, I was diagnosed with pubic osteitis with my last pregnancy around 32 weeks. Its inflammation of the pubic bone. There is nothing that can help except taking NSAIDs and numbing it with ice. Mine flared back up this pregnancy at 26 weeks. Obviously I cant take an NSAID while pregnant so I'm left with icing which doesnt do crap! So I deal with the excruciating pain that will drop me to my knees when just trying to stand. Its terrible 😭😭😭

Yep 24.7 I have it . I am 28 weeks as well it’s terrible feels like bruised or something

It is worth going to see a prenatal/obstetric physiotherapist as sometimes the cartilage in your pelvis can cause pain as it relaxes. The physics often have things they can recommend like belts or compression pants etc that can assist with managing the discomfort and pain, and lower the risk of injury.
