Positive?

It’s the end of CD 12 and the past day I’ve had lots of discharge when wiping and I’ve had a migraine since 4pm 😫. The top one is the opk I took this morning and the bottom one is what I took about 10 minutes ago. I’ve had lots of months where the test line is darker compared to the control line but the past couple months they’ve just gotten to where the lines look equal, I think it’s because it’s happening a bit early. I’ve ovulated about 24 hours after each time. Would u still consider this a positive?
