I have irregular periods and dont track ovulation BUT I'm wondering if I can test...

I've been having some symptoms like cramping & tender breasts but I get that before my period as well so that doesnt help.

Tonight's been different though: I've been nauseous, everything stinks..especially food, I've been SO emotional crying over a silly TV show, and the most annoying one peeing like every 10 minutes!!! I read that frequent urination can happen 2-3 weeks after conception so if I've having this as a symptom it should show on a test, right? Opinions?
