Sharp crotch pain?

Hi ladies!! 
So I'm 30 weeks on Tuesday and have recently been experiencing a sharp jab pain in my crotch occasionally. Just one time every few days. Anyone else? Baby is head down so maybe its head butting me or? I tried looking it up and dr google doesnt help.

I think this is what pregnant moms call “lighting crotch”. It’s a very real thing. Has happened a few times to me. I find I can sort of shift baby away to keep it from happening again right away

I have been getting the same pain and was told it was normal by my doctor and that it was the baby hitting the cervix

i had these and someone told me that it could be the baby occasionally pressing against your bladder? i’m not sure but maybe!

Lightening crotch. Ive got them with my last pregnancies and get them once in a while with this one too (I always carry my babies super low too).

Worth going to see a physio with obstetric/prenatal focus or interest to be certain it’s nothing or if they in fact have something to suggest that might assist. You can get similar pains from the cartilage in your pelvis relaxing. The right physio may be able to suggest a belt or compression pants which might help with the pain (and also lessen the risk of injury).

I never felt this at all while pregnant with my daughter but have actually felt this the past few days with this pregnancy.  Feels like a strained my vagina.  I think I’ve read it’s normal though.
