Morning after pill during ovulation

Ok so I’m on my “ovulating week” and I had unprotected sex my boyfriend says he’s uncertain if he nutted inside of me. But he says he did a little. We kind of freaked out a little and so he took me to get a plan B. I get there and they were sold out. Instead i took a Take action pill. My question is, since I’m ovulating until Monday and had unprotected sex will the pill work ? Ik it’s more effective when taken 72 hours and I took it after one hour.
