I slept with one of mine and it was great 😂 to this day I regard him as one of the best sex experiences I’ve had! It was just a one night stand but neither of us wanted anything more. We had loads of sexual tension in work and we’d kissed a few times (sometimes even in work!!) so when we were both out separately and we bumped into each other drunk, it just happened. It didn’t make things awkward at work, we just laughed about it!! 
I think if it’s something you want to do you have to evaluate several things, the most important being do you trust the guy? Is he going to run around and tell anyone? Next you have to consider your job. Some places won’t tolerate any sexual behaviour between staff. And lastly, if it’s a relationship you’re after, tread with caution. Some people met the love of their life at work, but most people who have a relationship with their colleague end up splitting up and the environment becomes hostile.
