My male best friend likes my other bestie

So I have a male best friend. Let’s call him Romeo. Romeo likes my other best friend Claudia and he likes her for about a year. He said that Claudia is everything for him ( he is only 15). She knows that he likes her and they still have contact every day. I snapchat every day with both of them with Romeo more than with Claudia. So this morning I got a text message from Romeo that he doesn’t want to have contact with any girl besides Claudia. I asked why and he said that Claudia doesn’t have contact with other boys but I know she has contacts with different boys. I can’t say that to Romeo because i know how much that is going to hurt him. I just want to make clear to him that i am nothing more than a good friend and that he doesn’t have to cut off all contact with me. This is really bugging me because i love them both so much and Romeo is such a sweet boy who cares about other people. He also gets hurt very quickly.

Please can anybody give any advice?!!
