Swallowing pills
I can’t swallow pills for life. My anxiety gets in the way. I have to take this probiotic and it’s pretty big but I put it in pudding and try to swallow and sometimes I can and sometimes I can’t. Any advice or tips? I’ve tried literally anything. Very disappointed with myself right now, I can swallow Advil fine but not capsules
