Belly bands?
Waist trainer, body shaper, whatever you want to call it - did any mamas use them after their first? Did it help? (Either with recovery pains, recovery speed, or actually getting slimmer in the mid section?)
Any recommendations?
How soon after birth can you wear them? (I will of course ask my doctor as well)
My second is due in about 3 weeks and my belly is HUGE this time around. I don’t think it’ll go back on it’s own like last time... esp with less time/energy with toddler running around.
