Hey ladies, I don’t have my first appointment for a few more weeks, but wanted to see if anyone has asked or knows if it is OK to snow ski in your first trimester. I love skiing and the season is just kicking off around here. Of course we joined our usual ski club 2 months ago even though we were ttc, we figured if we didn’t conceive all winter we might as well enjoy the ski season.

My initial thought is, is it worth it? I’m an intermediate skier and usually take it fairly easy anyways, but wanted to ask!
