Please help, I’m stressing out

I had sex with my boyfriend 5 days ago, we used a condom and he pulled out before he came inside of the condom. (He was inside me for only about a minute) He continued to rub against me after he came for about another minute, but he says it shouldn’t have leaked at the base. That day I knew my period should come in three days. I’m very paranoid because my period is now two days late today and I’m experiencing bad cramping. We’re both only 15 and need advice, please.
