Transformation help?

I have been working out and cutting for months now and don't seem to be getting far.

I want a better body ASAP!! I'm about 45.5-46kg right now, 5ft, 13 years old, and I want to be at least 40 by the summer holidays.

How can I go from this to this by then? I already work out most days and generally eat less than 1,500 calories a day. Thank you ♡
