Advice Ladies?
Hey Ladies,
I'm currently a mommy to a 10 month (almost 11 m) baby girl. I made it a deal to myself that New Years Day I would try and tone up and loose alittle weight this year.
I'm struggling during my period time with not snacking. (I've always had an extra sweet tooth during my period).
My question is, what or how do you ladies get through that time of the month without snacking on sweets? What do you eat instead?
