I’m having period like cramps is that Braxton-Hicks???

How far along are you? I notice my Braxton hicks feels like an involuntary tightening in my stomach. Not painful, not like cramps, just like a random tightening. I have started getting some mild menstrual like cramps but apparently its just my uterus expanding and my body preparing for labor. I'm 34w

For me they’ve been like a mix of period cramps in my lower belly, and tightening on my sides and upper belly, kind of like a pulse. But if you change position they usually fade quicker 😊

I'm curious too! I'm 37 weeks and haven't really felt anything ! just one day last week I felt some tightening in my stomach for a few seconds here and there but then never again. I feel like shes gonna wait till the very last moment to come lol

You can feel it on the outside of your stomach if it is. It compacts and gets really tight.
