Hard lump
I have a very hard lump under my right breast it’s very sore to touch and throbbing pain and it’s goes under my whole boob. I have lost my appetite I’ve been pumping for the last week since my little one couldn’t latch. Any idea what it is and how to help it? My milk supply has dropped dramatically
