In pain - any advice
I am 31 w and 4 days. I am having bad cramps in my left low side. It’s painful. I had diarrhoea yesterday. Any suggestions? I am now lying down trying to relax.
It scares me to think it can be the start of something? Or is normal? Thanks!!
