Decrease in milk
My LO is 7 weeks old and I’ve had really good milk production up until the last couple days I was getting about 3-5 ounces when I pump the side I’m not feeding on (haakaa pump) now I don’t even make enough milk to fill my baby up after she feeds on BOTH SIDES! 😭😭 I’m freaking out and don’t know what to do?? How can I get my supply back!? Please help.
