I’m confused if I’m pregnant or not

Im20 I had two miscarriages at the age 18 and I took an at home pregnancy test last week and came positive, went to a clinic and they took a pee pregnancy test came positive. Today I went to pee notice I was bleeding went to the ER cause my past I was scared. They took a pee test said negative, the took a blood test says positive? They did a pealvic exam and found out I had BV. I’m confused am I have a miscarriage or was I never pregnant? Or is my BV causing it? I know my body and could’ve been soooo positive I’m pregnant. They did a ultrasound said they couldn’t see anything. But if I was pregnant I’d only be few weeks? (2-4weeks)So please help me idk what to believe. He said follow up at clinic to see if my hormone drop or go up tomorrow but I’m up thinking I’m having a miscarriage
